Seriously. It was that bad. No only did it look like nothing from The Two Towers, it was just a collection of bad sprite rips. Half of the time, the guys who were 'fighting' weren't even hitting each other. It had very little effort put into it, and the best part was the soundtrack, which is that way-overused soundbyte from Requiem for a Dream.

I live in the DC metro area, and I know AT LEAST 5 people from Ethiopia, 2 from Mali, and 3 From Nigeria.
Just because their countries aren't as developed as ours doesn't mean they're fucking retarded.
African Detroit Cop was ok because it involved HUMOR. This movie came off more like an insult than anything else.
